- Ironman - New Zealand (2005), Switzerland (2009), and Austria (2012) with a best time of 10 hrs 32 mins in Switzerland
- Arch to Arc (2008) - team triathlon from Marble Arch to the Arc de Triumph including swimming the English Channel
Duathlon
- World Championships - 18th in 35 to 39 age group representing Great Britain in the 2007 Gyor ITU Duathlon World Championships
Sports Administration
Silverdale United Rugby & Sports Club
- Chairman (2025) - increased revenue to $1m (+30%) generating a $170k profit and paid $100k off the mortgage. Broadened sponsorship base (+60%) and installed a 5m x 3m outdoor electronic scoreboard for playing games live
- Director of Operations (2023 - 2024) - game day support for the club and re-negotiated squash club lease
Triforce Triathlon Club
- Treasurer (2009 to 2011) - finance stuff
Coaching
- Cricket - kids when they were juniors
- Rugby - kids when they were juniors
- Rugby - Old Albanians Colts (2018 - 2020) taking them to the semi final of the England Under 18 Club National Cup which was called off due to covid. Champions of London and the South East
- Rugby - Silverdale Under 21 assistant coach (2022)
Running & Cycling
Running
- Marathon - eight marathons including completing London in 2 hrs 58 mins in 2006 and 2 hrs 59mins in 2008
- Half Marathon - a bunch of half marathons with a best time of 1 hr 21 mins in Auckland in 2004
Cycling
- L'Etape du Tour de France - 2011 (Alpe d'Huez and Saint-Flour) and 2012 (Bagneres-de-Luchon)
- Ride London - 2013 and 2017
Cricket
- Played for 17 years including Premier cricket in Whangarei, Dunedin, and Auckland
- Opened the batting and bowling along with keeping wicket in Auckland Premier Cricket (not all in the same game)
- Dismissed by two players with their name on the honours board at Lords (unfortunately one was for batting)
